 Welcome to Bright Minds Tutoring Hub. Please read the information below to help ensure a smooth

and positive experience for your child.

Payment & Attendance

• All scheduled sessions are payable, even if the student is absent.

• Missed sessions are not refundable; however, a credit will be provided.

• Credits may be used when another session becomes available or during holiday lessons.

• If a credit cannot be used within the term, it may roll over to the following term.

• Regular weekly attendance is expected to support student progress.

• Public holidays are not charged unless a lesson runs and is attended.

Payments

• Fees are paid weekly via direct debit, or in full upfront for the term.

• Weekly payments are based on the student’s confirmed session time.

• Upfront payments must be completed before the term starts.

• Mid-term enrolments are charged from the student’s start date and added to the weekly payment

cycle or paid upfront.

• Failed or declined payments may result in a pause to tutoring until the account is resolved.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made before 9:00 am on the day of the session by text to 0402 578 769.

• We will try to reschedule where possible; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

• Please provide notice for holidays or extended absences where possible.

Tutor Absence

• If a tutor is unavailable, a rescheduled session, make-up session, or credit will be offered.

• If the session cannot be made up within the same week, no charge will apply.

Holiday Lessons

• Holiday lessons are optional and offered each term.

• These sessions may be used for revision, catch-up, or extension.

• Holiday timetables are shared in Week 8 of each term.

• Credits may be used during holiday lessons.

Tutor Availability

• We aim to keep session times consistent.

• Changes may occur due to tutor availability.

• Families will be notified and offered an alternative where possible.

Child Safety

• All tutors hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).

• Bright Minds Tutoring Hub maintains a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment.

Ending Tutoring

• There are no lock-in contracts.

• Enrolment may be cancelled at any time.

• We kindly ask for two weeks’ notice to assist with scheduling.
